Our On-Site Gym
At Grafton Physio + Sport, we are proud to offer a variety of group exercise classes in our fully equipped on-site gym. Our classes are designed to be inclusive, supportive, and tailored to your goals, with options suitable for all ages, abilities, and fitness levels.
Classes run daily and include strength, mobility, rehabilitation, Pilates inspired movement, and more all delivered in a friendly and encouraging environment by our Physiotherapist and our Accredited Exercise Physiologist.

Your Safety & Success Come First

Before joining any of our gym classes, each participant will need to attend a Gym Screening Appointment with one of our Physiotherapists or Accredited Exercise Physiologist.
This screening ensures:

A personalised program can be developed if needed
