Our Graduate and Senior training programmes really back our belief in education. They have been running for 22 years and have evolved through physiotherapy feedback, to best meet the clinical mentoring and support needs of our physios' professional development. This is something uniquely available at our clinic and rare in the rest of Australia. 

The Graduate training programme consists of tightly structured lectures and tutorials to meet the demands of busy MSK practice. It equips our new graduates with the diagnostic assessment and treatment skills needed to work in a diverse physio practice.

The Senior training programme is a more loosely structured format to cater for the personal professional passions of physios with 3-6 years experience, sharing in-house areas of expertise like cervicogenic headache, complex shoulder and hip, sacroiliac joint and lumbo pelvic stability. Additional attendance at courses and conferences fill any gaps. Like anything, you get out what you put in - your motivation and commitment to learning and integrating that into clinical practice is the gold standard of excellence we strive for.

In a busy MSK practice like ours, diary time for lectures, tutorials and in-service is locked in, to ensure it happens.

Physiotherapists who have completed this programme have gone on to promotion within our company, and externally to high profile clinical roles.
