Our Fit for Life class is designed to help you stay active, strong, and confident throughout everyday life. This class focuses on the movements and skills we use daily like standing up, lifting, reaching, balancing, stepping, and moving with ease. It’s all about maintaining independence, improving mobility, and building strength where it matters most.
Perfect for older adults, people returning to exercise, or anyone wanting to feel more capable and steady in their body, Fit for Life is supportive, low-impact, and tailored to your ability level.

Before You Begin
To make sure this class is right for you, we ask all new participants to attend a Gym Screening Appointment with one of our Physiotherapists or Exercise Physiologists.
