Our clinic is Grafton's longest-established physiotherapy practice, proudly serving the community with an outstanding reputation built over decades. You'll become part of a collaborative multidisciplinary team of six Physiotherapists, an Exercise Physiologist, a Dietitian, and an experienced administration team who genuinely enjoy working together and supporting one another.

We offer a varied and rewarding caseload across musculoskeletal physiotherapy, sports injuries, NDIS, WorkCover and rehabilitation, complemented by Pilates, hydrotherapy, exercise rehabilitation, and our fully equipped on-site gym. Whether you're an experienced clinician or an early-career physiotherapist, you'll be encouraged to develop your own clinical interests while receiving ongoing mentoring and professional development.

Our structured mentoring and graduate support program draws on more than 20 years of clinical experience, providing guidance, regular professional development, and a collaborative environment where learning never stops. What's on Offer

We believe that investing in our team is the key to providing exceptional patient care. When you join Grafton Physio + Sport, you'll be supported every step of the way with opportunities to learn, grow and build a rewarding career.

• Competitive Salary Package: $85,000 to $110,000 per year (depending on experience), plus performance-based bonuses.

• Career Progression: A structured pathway from graduate mentoring through to professional development and future leadership opportunities.

• Structured Mentoring: Up to 2 hours of paid clinical mentoring each week, including tutorials, case discussions, clinical reasoning and shadowing.

• Continuing Professional Development: Quarterly paid 3-hour in-services, regular clinical meetings and an annual $1,500 CPD allowance.

• Relocation Assistance: Up to $5,000 available for eligible candidates (conditions apply).

• Excellent Facilities: Work from our well-equipped on-site rehabilitation gym with Pilates and strength equipment, with opportunities to be involved in hydrotherapy services.

• Dedicated Administration Team: Focus on treating patients while our experienced administration team supports you behind the scenes.

• Long-Term Opportunity: A minimum two-year contract designed to support your professional growth and continuity of care.

Essential Criteria

We're looking for someone who is passionate about helping people and committed to delivering high-quality, evidence-based care.

You will have:

• Bachelor or Master's Degree in Physiotherapy.

• Current AHPRA registration.

• Professional Indemnity and Public Liability Insurance.

• NSW Working with Children Check.

• National Police Check (within the last 12 months).

• NDIS Worker Check (NDISWC)

• Current Australian Driver's Licence.

• A positive attitude and a genuine passion for patient-centred care.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• A commitment to ongoing professional development and lifelong learning.

Highly regarded (but not essential):

• Additional training or experience in Women's Health Physiotherapy.
