One enthusiastic first year Physiotherapist to join a fantastic Graduate Training Program in a leading Practice and one senior Physiotherapist position.  Be supported to learn, develop your skills and enjoy an incredibly supportive and vibrant team.

We have a great full-time opportunity for 2 enthusiastic Physiotherapists, who would like to have a structured and supportive mentoring program to develop their skill base, clinical reasoning and assessment skills with a diverse and challenging case load and Senior physio’s support and help.

• GTP Salary Starting at $65,000

• Senior starting at $80,000

 

The opportunity is available from January 2024, and we can help you get all your Essential Criteria in place while you shadow our experienced staff with a view to taking over your own diary in February 2024.

What's on offer:

We have a unique Graduate Training Program which develops your skills set over a structured four Module Program covering advanced clinical reasoning and assessment, based on latest evidence. Clinical practice guidelines in the first year and self-directed learning in areas you would like to develop in the second year including up to 2 days paid time observing clinical practice at a specialist centre of your choice, provide plenty of opportunity.

All of the above provide methodical clinical and patient management skills to form the foundation of your clinical practice.

• Relocation Package of up to $5,000 for the right candidate available via NSW Rural Drs

• Minimum 2 year contract on above Award wages + Bonus Incentive

• Exposure to MDT in our local Aged Care Facility 4-12 hours per week

 

Essential Criteria:

• Bachelor or Masters’ Degree in Physiotherapy

• Registration with AHPRA or eligible to apply

• Personal indemnity and professional liability insurance

• Current NSW Working with children check

• National Police check (within last 12 months)

• Current first aid certificate

• Current driver’s licence

• Positive attitude towards working within a team of professional health care providers with a strong patient focus

• Passion and enthusiasm to provide leading edge assessment and treatment to patients

• Motivation to attend external CPD and learning opportunities to expand clinical skill set
