• Salary $75,000–$85,000 + super, with quarterly bonus opportunities

We are a rapidly growing multidisciplinary practice dedicated to delivering the highest standard of evidence-based care. Our team currently includes five experienced Physiotherapists and an Accredited Practising Dietitian, and we're now looking to welcome a full-time Exercise Physiologist to our clinic to take on an existing caseload. We take pride in being part of the Grafton community and helping people stay active, independent and doing the things they love.
We encourage Accredited Exercise Physiologists at all stages of their career to apply. For new graduates or early-career EPs, we offer a structured and supportive Graduate Training Program, with mentoring and guidance to help you build confidence and develop your clinical skills.

Essential Criteria
• Bachelor's degree (4 year) in Exercise Physiology or equivalent
• ESSA Accredited Exercise Physiologist
• Eligible for Medicare and SIRA (Workcover NSW) provider numbers
• Current First Aid & CPR
• Driver's licence
• Professional indemnity and public liability insurance
• Working With Children Check
• National Police Check (within 12 months)
• NDIS Worker Check
• Willingness to commit to our 2-year Graduate Development Program
Personal Attributes
• Motivated, proactive and committed to ongoing learning
• Passion for empowering patients and engaging with the local community
• Strong self-management, time management and patient-centred care
Desirable (but not essential)
Training can be provided for the right candidate:

Pilates training or interest in Pilates based rehabilitation

Experience in delivering exercise classes or group rehab
