Swimming, Pilates, cycling, and walking are great ways to stay active without stressing the joints.

4. Avoid Overstretching

Yes, you might be naturally flexible—but that doesn’t mean more stretching is better. We teach you how to move safely within your body’s limits.

5. Keep It Functional

We aim to make everyday tasks easier—whether it’s getting out of a chair, picking up a child, or reaching for a shelf.
